PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: 

Paramjyoti School sets a strong emphasis on creating an atmosphere that allows all the students to achieve their potential in all areas of life. The school sections heads are responsible for the overall development of all the students. The Department of Personal Development also shepherds the pastoral care and welfare of all the students. Each class from Stds. 7 - 10 has a PD (Personal Development) Tutor to teach personal and social education (PSE) and provide guidance in study skills. Academic consultations with the PD tutors help us monitor the academic progress of the students. Paramjyoti School encourages students to meet the PD tutors or the head of the school about anything which is of concern to them. The ‘Child Protection Policy’ governs the staff and the students in all interactions. Weekly meetings of PD tutors with their Heads of school create strategic plans for the academic and welfare matters of the students.
